We want you to like Whyred products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchased item(s) from our e-commerce or factory outlet, feel free to exchange or return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving the order. In order to be fully reimbursed, the returned items need to be in their original condition along with the receipt, whether it is a copy or the original.

Considering that the customer is responsible for the exchange parcel, we recommend choosing a shipping company that offers parcel-tracking.

Please insure the shipment or declare the full value of the parcel, in order to be protected if it will be lost or damaged during the shipping.
