EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
We want you to like Whyred products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with what you purchased from our webshop or online factory outlet, feel free to exchange or return the product(s) within 14 days after you receive the order. You will be fully reimbursed for all items returned in their original condition along with the receipt or a copy of the receipt.Because you are responsible for the product(s) safe journey back to our office, we have a few recommendations:- Choose a shipping company which offers tracking.- Insure the shipment or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are as protected as possible if the package is lost or damaged along the way.

Whyred will place a refund for returned merchandise to the credit card you used when you placed the order. The refund will be made within two weeks of the return of the product(s). Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. The shipping cost is also nonrefundable.

– NOTE: We do not exchange items. If you like to change color or size you have return the unwanted items(s) through the process described above. Then you have to place a new order for the item in the size/color you want.
