The Whyred Online Store ships worldwide. We want you to be able to use
your purchased item(s) as soon as possible, therefore we only use the most
efficient shipper, Postnord or UPS for all shipments.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are delivered within 2-7 business days. Orders that have been sent as a package will receive a track number/shipment-id that can be tracked on www.posten.se or www.ups.com. As soon as your order has been prepared for shipping, we are unable to change the shipping address for safety reasons. The shipping dates and costs (including taxes) you see when making a purchase are estimated. For further and more precise information, a track number and contact information for your respective carriers are always provided. Whyred has an intelligent stock control and we are only delivering products that are in stock.
Reservation are made for printing errors, control errors and changes in price.
The shipping cost is calculated and shown before completing an order. Alternatively, the costs can be seen in the “Order Acknowledgement” once the order has been placed. If a multiple order is being placed the same day, multiple shipments will occur and separate fees will be charged. Therefore, we are recommending our customers to place all desired merchandise in the same order.
Shipping fees will be charged once the package is being handled and leaves our facilities. All dates regarding the shipping are estimates based on Swedish standard business days.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR SHIPMENT
- If an order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact directly your specific carrier or Whyred.
- If a received item has been damaged during the shipping, please contact the shipping company before contacting Whyred.
- If suspecting a defect or production error with one of our products, please contact us within 14 days. We will cover the shipping costs and do our absolute best to replace the defective item or reimbursement.
